I had mice wandering through all rooms and some cupboards leaving droppings everywhere, they were also in the loft making a mess . Mark is friendly and chatty and very informative about the mice and habits . After 2-3 weeks I’ve not had any mice anywhere he came to check each week after that for a total of 6 weeks and all bait still intact I’m very pleased with the service THANK YOU

I contacted Mark on the weekend regarding a sizable wasps nest I found in the loft. He got back in touch really quickly and managed to fit me in that week. He came and dealt with the wasps (to the amazement of the kids) but recommended coming back to cut the nest out since it was awkward to get quite large! I will absolutely be using Tornado pest control again, Mark was friendly, reliable and really knowledgeable.

Mark was fantastic from start to finish, got back to my enquiry almost instantly and came out the next day. He not only found we're the rat was entering, he also prevented it from getting back in. He's a very friendly guy and brought his own boot covers which impressed me and my husband.
