When will I need to pay for the service?
The full payment is required before any treatment or work is started by your preferred payment method, any additional visits or charges will be agreed during the treatment.
All invoices can be emailed immediately , we can also print on request.
(We have a £20 callout fee, if treatment goes ahead this will be deducted of the total cost)

Site Survey required for all commercial customers
We offer a wide range of contracts for commercial customers, each one is tailor-made for your business, keeping things simple with either monthly, quarterly, or annual payments via direct debit.
Each client will be provided with a one drive link to access treatment reports, risk assessments, safety data sheets, certificates, work order / PO tracking, etc.
